Account & OTP Login

Certain features (placing an order for delivery, viewing order history, saving addresses) require you to verify your mobile number via a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your registered mobile number secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current information, including your name once your profile is completed.

Dine-In & Table Sessions

Scanning a table QR code starts a dine-in session tied to that table and branch. Orders placed during a dine-in session are billed to that table and are separate from your personal delivery account, even if you are logged in. You may order without creating an account while dining in.

Menu, Pricing & Availability

• Menu items, combo bundles, prices, and images are illustrative and may vary by branch and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Some dishes are only available during specific scheduled hours or at specific branches; unavailable items will be clearly marked and cannot be added to your cart.
• Combo offers are subject to the availability of every dish included in the combo — if any one item in a combo becomes unavailable, the whole combo will be marked unavailable.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before charging any corrected amount.

Orders, Delivery & Pickup

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation with an order reference and estimated preparation/delivery time. Estimated times are not guaranteed and may vary due to demand, traffic, weather, or other factors outside our control. See our Delivery Policy for full details.

Payments

We accept payment via credit/debit card, UPI, and cash on delivery/pickup where offered. All online payments are processed by third-party, PCI-compliant payment gateways — we do not store your full card details. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Reservations & Events

Table reservations and event bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We may request a deposit or contact details to hold a booking. Please arrive within a reasonable grace period of your reserved time; bookings may be released after prolonged delay without notice.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order, payment, or booking information.
• Abuse coupon codes, referral programs, or promotional offers outside their intended terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including our name, logo, menu descriptions, photography, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including delays, unavailability of items, or third-party payment or delivery issues. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at [City, State].

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
