• Order information: items ordered, order history, delivery addresses, special instructions, and payment method selected (we do not store your full card or UPI credentials — these are processed by our payment partners).
• Location & branch data: the branch/outlet you select or are seated at, and delivery address details, used to route your order to the correct kitchen.
• Dine-in & table session data: if you scan a table QR code, we associate your session with that table and branch for the duration of your visit.
• Reservation & event data: date, time, party size, seating preference, and any special occasion details you provide when booking a table or event.
• Device & usage data: browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and general usage patterns, collected automatically to help us improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfil your orders, reservations, and event bookings.
• To communicate order status, OTPs, booking confirmations, and customer support responses.
• To personalise your experience, such as remembering your selected branch and cart.
• To improve our menu, service quality, and platform based on aggregated usage trends.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
• To comply with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and consumer protection requirements.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Payment gateway and UPI providers, solely to process your payment.
• Our restaurant staff and kitchen/delivery operations team, solely to prepare and fulfil your order.
• Service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. hosting, SMS/OTP delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
• Law enforcement or regulators, where required by applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.
